The challenge.

When Arum re-organised their business around a mission to deliver independent credit management solutions globally, they knew they would have to achieve the highest levels of cyber security compliance demanded by their clients – both to retain them and to win new business.

While their operations were robust these new requirements demanded a step up in their processes, policies and protection to ensure they stayed safe and secure, and could prove it to their clients.

The solution.

The first step was to develop policies and procedures to meet the audited requirements of their largest banking client. As banking is the gold standard of regulated industries, the principle was simple: if Arum met these exacting standards, they would be prepared  for all future client demands.

Evolve then deployed these policies across the business with the right tools and processes in place to support them. Implementing our Diamond Protection and Service Plan, which includes:
