The challenge.

Plus X had an ambitious plan to take their successful business model across multiple new sites. To do so, they needed to focus their efforts on hiring new people and driving the operational changes required for growth.

But they were held back by: 

  • Poor service from their existing IT Support company 
  • Ongoing operational disruptions
  • Limited strategic technology expertise
  • Clarity about their security resilience 

Leaving their management team distracted and unable to focus on their growth plans. 

The solution.

The first step was to onboard them onto our Quartz Protection and Service plan. This is a series of services designed to reduce technology disruption, provide dependable cyber protection, and responsive IT support to reduce the likelihood of hackers getting through.
